Commitment and respect of the following principles
- Regularity and diligence during the entire
training: however if one to three days were to be missed, it is possible to
catch up during the next program in order to continue the Certification Process.
- 296 hours of group training.
- Mentoring process to increase one's practice.
- Peer work between sessions.
- Active participation and organization of one's own training, discussed
with a " mentor " during scheduled meeting points.
- Regular and personal in-depth work.
Oral exam
- Demonstrate your mastery of the 11
competencies of coaching.
At the end, one must demonstrate, in a coaching session, that he masters the
approach and tools depicted during the training. This work is prepared in
pairs, each participant being entirely responsible of one "session".
Written exam
- Write a 20 to 40 page report witnessing
personal research, using concrete coaching applications in professional situations.
This certification report must use a specific concept or tool enabling a coaching
approach; it will contain 3 parts:
- Presenting this concept or tool, providing
its theoretical foundation(s), as well as the trainee's understanding of its
use to coach sustainable change.
- Describing at least three concrete situations,
focusing on the coach and client's challenges, the evolution of practice due
to different contexts, and the results.
- Summarizing
the success' requirements, the limits encountered, new possible applications,
remaining problems.
- Presentation of report to a jury of professionals.
